Job Title: Manager, Sales and Marketing
Reports to: VP, Marketing
Location: NYC

Summary:
Day to day project management for select artist, including liaising with management, press, radio, and online marketing teams to maximize artist promotional and touring opportunities. Additional duties to be determined based on candidate experience and skill set.

Description:

• Communicate directly with artists and management to guide artist branding and product strategy
• Create and track marketing budgets for department initiatives and artist spending
• Work closely with artists, booking agents, managers, and team members to identify tour and merchandise opportunities
• Evaluate retail product performance for tinyOGRE & competitive campaigns by partner to determine additional areas of opportunity
• Work to identify additional artist marketing & branding opportunities to attract new fans, increase awareness, and generate revenue
• Work closely with artist management to oversee execution of marketing plan; manage artist teams consisting of independent publicists, online marketing, radio promotion reps, and other external vendors and service providers

Requirements/Skills:
• 5+ years of experience needed, including prior experience in product management/marketing; experience in touring, digital marketing, merch sales a plus
• Must be creative and a forward thinker tuned in to current trends and new technologies
• Experience evaluating new product/market ideas and executing upon them
• Must be extremely detail oriented with superior organizational skills and ability to maintain multiple projects without compromising accuracy
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Must be passionate about music and new artist development while maintaining a professional, level-headed demeanor
